| We are a local organization, established in 1999, committed to supporting and growing the local arts community by providing performers with a venue to share their talents with the community and out of town visitors. Our mission is to showcase and provide exposure to new and veteran talent alike through a series of variety shows, 5 hours in length. They will be held the last Saturday of the month from May through September as well as other special events throughout the year at easily accessible neighborhood establishments to attract as many community residents, tourists and businesses as possible. It is our goal to enlist the local community to support performance artists, singers, dancers, poets, and musical acts to give them a voice where they can be heard and subsequently thrive and grow. Our intention to keep this project local. We appreciate your support with our continued our efforts. Although the performers are not receiving financial restitution at this time, many team members need to be paid for their time and expertise in order for this project to continue to thrive in the professional manner we envision. We have a minimum budget for each of the four events we will designate a local charity to be the recipient of any profits. This project has been quite successful in past years, and it is our intention to continue to provide wonderful entertainment to our community and summer visitors. The exposure will be significant. Our marketing efforts include distribution of over 100's of flyers and posters to the businesses in the Verde Valley including Sedona, Cottonwood, Cornville, Village of Oak Creek and as far north as Flagstaff. Press releases will be sent to local radio, newspaper and magazines. Additionally we have a marketing associate dedicated solely to disseminating event information on the Internet via Face book, Twitter and My Space.
